Could you have not used either the correct download link (adata also had an option for 2012) or ran the wrong installer in the download file?įrom the adata site (i know yours is a different manufacturer)

exe - then i entered the code (I think it was 16 digits) and then it sent me a much longer code in an email. I signed up for adatas site, used their download link - it said not to run the installer, but a different. I just got acronis TIH 2013 (its a limited feature set - i think just cloning enabled) with the purchase of an adata ssd. I'm still having this problem Anybody know what might be causing it? I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit SP1 with all the latest updates. Even though there is a folder full of them.ĭoes anybody have any idea what is causing me this problem? I have tried rebooting multiple times, I have tried re-installing the program multiple times, I even found this page the Acronis website and downloaded it again from there but still get the same error when I try to launch the program!Īll the files seem to be in the installation directory, At lest it looks that way anyway:Īlso, When I try to run the Uninstall.exe file in the program folder I just get this error 'No True Image components found'. I went to the page on the SCAN website like the card says and downloaded the program installer from the OneDrive link, Unzipped it and ran the setup.īut then when I went to load up the program it just gives me this error:
So I got a SSD from SCAN for a friend and it came with free a code for Acronis True Image 2014 that he didn't need so I can have it (yay, Free stuff!)
